The project requested security support to support the new vision and strategy to reposition the location to maximize value and utilization and to establish a management entity accordingly. Retained to design and establish the location’s General Authority organization. Subsequently, the work continued to provide the security strategy, security master planning services, and operational support for the location, which presents several challenges due to the security posture and the presence of multiple sensitive institutions.
